Travis and Ryan
Partners Travis and Ryan met many years ago while working for another company, with a shared philosophy of the quality of their work, and how they felt customers should be treated among other interests they became fast friends. After a couple of years of working together and talking about conflicting ideas in relation to the company’s procedures and they had enough. Enough of companies putting profits in front of everything and did not often have the customer’s best interests in mind. They didn’t feel they were doing things as well as could be from a moral perspective at the place they were at. They started making plans to go on their own and start a company where they could provide better service, a better quality of workmanship, and a better overall experience and value for our customers.
Empire Custom Cooling
2016 Empire Custom Cooling was born. With over 25 years of combined experience level in the HVAC trade, we can handle anything related to residential and light commercial HVAC services. When not working on jobs for our customers we get called out to consult or finish a job that other contractors are stumped on and can’t figure out what’s wrong. Both partners in this company are licensed and bonded C20 HVAC contractors and are in good standing with the CSLB and the BBB. Our expertise and customer service are second to none and our pricing is as competitive as anyone else because we run a very fiscally conservative business and we do not waste money on unnecessary things that cause excessive overhead, which in turn will cause higher prices for our customers.
Our Guarantee
When we come to your home to diagnose your system, we guarantee our diagnostic and repair are accurate. We will be there to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We guarantee that all items we install when maintained properly will remain assembled and intact for the life of your system. If any assemblies do not remain intact, we will reassemble them at no cost to the homeowner. This does not extend warranties on items under factory warranty. We share your passion for protecting our environment while keeping you comfortable. Empire Custom Cooling will recover refrigerant from your existing system (where applicable) and have it recycled according to E.P.A. guidelines. All old equipment will be safely removed and hauled away for scrap recycling, not deposited in a landfill. If you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment, our employees, or our service for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to correct the issue.
